iTunes library access

Hi there,
This application is great, that said I only have axis to 20% of my library which is not normal. Is there a trick or a setting that I have missed? I even paid the upgrade thinking that this might be the issue, unfortunately, I have a limited access to a couple of songs which is not normal.
Any suggestions would be very helpful
